Is digital consent still the secure way to agree to contractual terms? This seemingly redundant question is nevertheless relevant when considering contractual practices in the digital environment. Informational and communicational practices do not guarantee the expression of informed consent and therefore, dilute its scope. This conference will analyze this paradigm shift by questioning the death of digital consent.
